Hi, Im Katie and I'm the founder of Katies Canine Adventrues.

When I was younger I was always obsessed with all things dogs (sadly though I was never allowed one). This love shaped my education as I went to college and got my Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management. I then finished college and went into dog walking, which confirmed my real love wasn’t with zoos, it was dogs. And so I decided to take the plunge and start my own business at the age of 20 years old. And I don’t regret it at all.

Over the years, I've been so fortunate and built lasting relationships with owners and dogs around the New Forest. With this responsibility, i strive to make sure I'm offering the most dependable, personal and highest standard.

I believe that learning never stops when it comes to working with dogs, as your pets safety comes first. Through the years of running my business, I've continued to build on my knowledge and experience, always looking for ways to improve the care I provide. I'm fully insured, qualified in Pet First Aid Level 2 (VTG). Katies Canine Adventures was recognised as a finalist in the UK Small Business Awards 2026, this made me incredibly proud of my business as this achievement reflects the care and dedication i hold.

Leaving your pets under someone else's care can be a huge step which is why i feel communication is so important. I want you to feel completely confident and reassured that your pets are in safe hands. I always send regular updates, photos and videos, so you can see how your dog is getting on and know they're having a lovely time. Whether you're at work, busy with your day, or simply unable to give your dog the walk they need, I'm here to make sure they get plenty of exercise, attention and care.
